Steve Caballero
Born November 8th, 1964 in San Jose California, Steve "Cab" Caballero is a skateboarding legend with over 40 plus years skateboarding as a professional. Having started skateboarding at a young age, Cab turned pro at 16 and became part of the legendary Bones Brigade Crew with skaters like Tony Hawk and still continues to skate for his original sponsor Powell-Peralta. Known for inventing the Caballerial (Fakie 360) and other tricks such as the backside boneless and frontside boardslide. Cab has been on the forefront of skateboarding progression since the '80s and was the first-ever pro skater to receive a signature skate shoe. Having followed skateboarding's many changes through the '80s & '90s enough to reinvent himself, Cab made the switch from vert to rail and became one of the biggest rail skaters of the '90s. Most notably Steve Caballero created the Vans Half Cab, a skate shoe that skaters of all skill level continue to wear 32 years later.
