Peter Hewitt

Few can claim over 40 years of skating, and even fewer can make that claim while still skating at a level that drops the jaws of even the best phenoms of our time. Peter Hewitt might be in a tier all his own. Born on February 22, 1972, in San Diego, Hewitt came up in the '80s, making a name for himself by destroying every pool, vert ramp, and skate park San Diego had to offer. After picking up sponsors from companies like Hosoi and Santa Cruz, he eventually went pro for G&S Skateboards in 1991. Fast forward to 1996, one year after Julien Stranger started the legendary Anti Hero Skateboards, Hewitt joined the team, where he remains today. From his early days blowing minds at every skateable spot in San Diego, his many X-Games medals in the '90s and early 2000s, his parts in some of the most timeless Anti-Hero videos ever, and just about everything in between, Peter Hewitt is undeniably one of the gnarliest and most legendary skaters of all time.
