Erick Winkowski
Perhaps born in the wrong era, Erick Winkowski adds an old school approach to modern skateboarding. Winkowski can skate everything, from heavy handrails to huge vert ramps, all on '80s inspired Santa Cruz shapes. Erick turned pro for Santa Cruz in 2017 after showing the skate world that you can still push progression even on "old school' shaped boards. At one time Erick skated from Seattle to San Diego on a reissue Powell Ray Bones Rodriguez deck, which solidified his love for shaped boards. Erick's video parts continue to push the limits of modern skateboarding; his one-of -a-kind approach is nothing short of special. If you ever find yourself without motivation, watch Erick Winkowski skate.
